Cookie Policy
A short, honest list of every cookie we set, what it does, and how to manage it.
What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They can serve many purposes — remembering your sign-in, keeping items in a cart, measuring traffic. We try to use as few as possible.
Cookies we set
Marketing site (www.datahubpro.co.uk)
This page sets no cookies. There is no analytics, no advertising tag, no embedded social tracker.
Product (app.datahubpro.co.uk)
The product sets the following cookies, all classified as strictly necessary:
| Name | Purpose | Lifetime |
|---|---|---|
session |
Keeps you signed in while you use the product. Removed when you log out. | 30 days |
csrf_token |
Protects against cross-site request forgery on form submissions. | Session |
theme |
Remembers your light/dark theme preference. Set only if you change it from the default. | 1 year |
Third-party cookies
The product currently does not embed third-party iframes or pixels that set cookies on our domain. Stripe Checkout (used for payments) sets its own cookies on Stripe's domain when you reach the payment page; those are governed by Stripe's cookie policy.
How to manage cookies
- In your browser — every modern browser lets you view, restrict, or delete cookies for any site. Look for "Privacy" or "Cookies" in your browser's settings.
- Strictly-necessary cookies can't be turned off without breaking sign-in. If you block them, you won't be able to use the product.
- Do Not Track — we don't track you anyway, so DNT signals require no special handling on our end.
Changes
If we ever introduce new categories of cookies (e.g., privacy-friendly analytics), we'll update this page and ask for consent before setting them. The "last updated" date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
