Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of DataHub Pro. By signing up, you agree to them.
1. The service
DataHub Pro is a SaaS analytics platform provided by DataHub Pro Ltd ("we", "us"), a company registered in England & Wales. The service lets you upload spreadsheet data and run analyses, dashboards, AI-powered queries, and exports against it.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old, or have authority to accept these terms on behalf of an organisation.
- You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
- You agree to provide accurate information when signing up and to keep it up to date.
3. Plans, payment, and trial
The Free plan is available at no cost with the limits stated on our pricing page. Paid plans (Pro, Enterprise) are billed in advance, monthly or annually, in pounds sterling. All prices exclude VAT, which is added where applicable.
If a payment fails, we'll notify you and retry. If we can't collect after a reasonable period, we may suspend the account. You can cancel a paid plan at any time inside the product; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and is not refundable for partial periods unless required by law.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Upload data you don't have the right to upload, or data that contains malware.
- Use the service to violate any law, infringe anyone's rights, or send spam.
- Attempt to break, reverse-engineer, or circumvent security on the service.
- Resell or sublicense the service except as expressly permitted (e.g., agency tier for client work).
- Generate excessive load deliberately designed to disrupt the service for other users.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that materially breach these rules, with notice where reasonably possible.
5. Your data, your rights
You retain all ownership of the data you upload. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, display, and back up that data solely so we can deliver the service to you. We will not use your data to train AI models, share it with advertisers, or sell it.

6. Our service, our IP
The DataHub Pro software, branding, and documentation are owned by us and protected by intellectual-property laws. These terms grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for the duration of your subscription. They do not transfer ownership.
7. Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may schedule maintenance windows and will give reasonable notice for non-urgent maintenance. Status is published in-product and at hello@datahubpro.co.uk on request.
8. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability under these terms in any 12-month period is capped at the amount you paid us in that period. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit, or loss of data beyond our reasonable backup obligations. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.
9. Termination
You may cancel at any time inside the product. We may terminate for material breach of these terms or for non-payment, with notice where reasonably possible. On termination, you can export your data for 30 days; after that we delete it (subject to legal retention requirements described in the Privacy Policy).
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email and in-product at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
