Pricing questions
Is the Free plan really free?
Yes. No card, no time limit. You can run every analysis tool, keep one saved dashboard, ask the AI 6 questions on your first day and 3 a day after that, and download 3 Excel templates that stay yours.
How does the 7-day Pro trial work?
You get Pro for 7 days. A card is needed to start it, and you can cancel any time before the trial ends. If you would rather not add a card, the Free plan has no time limit.
What is an AI credit?
Credits measure AI usage. A quick question uses a few; a full written board report uses more. Pro includes 10,000 credits per seat every month, which covers hundreds of questions and reports. Your balance is shown in the app.
Is Pro priced per person?
Yes, $19.99 per seat a month or $199 per seat a year. One person buys one seat; a team buys a seat for each member. White-label, scheduled reports and unlimited client workspaces are included, so agencies do not need a separate plan.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time from Settings. There is no minimum term on Pro.
What currency are prices in?
US dollars. Payments are handled by Stripe; your card details never touch our servers.
What is in Enterprise?
Company-wide pricing with unlimited users and AI, report packs built for you from your system exports (for example Sage X3 or Excel), audit log, API access, a signed DPA and a named account manager. Invoiced annually.
