Changelog — DataHub Pro

25 October 2026 New

The real product on the website, and a narrated demo

New: a 90-second narrated demo of the real app on sample data, with captions.
New: a pricing page that compares every feature and limit by plan, and a security page.
New: try the dashboard on your own spreadsheet from the homepage. It runs in your browser and the file never leaves your device.

23 October 2026 Improved

Pro now includes 10,000 AI credits per seat every month, enough for hundreds of questions and written reports.
Free accounts get 6 AI questions on their first day, then 3 a day.
Ask your data: the working shown above each answer now names the filter it used, and headline figures keep their units (for example £101.5k).

20 October 2026 New

Dashboard designs for 17 fields, from clinics and construction to retail and finance, each with its own layout and charts. Pick a field and the gallery shows the boards built for it.
Thirteen of the most-downloaded templates rebuilt from scratch, including cash-flow forecast, KPI dashboard, budget vs actual, project tracker and NPV/IRR.
Every workbook in the library now opens and calculates in Excel without an error.
Every first upload now builds a dashboard straight away, and templates open live in the app before you download them.

5 October 2026 Improved

Refresh a dataset in place from a folder, so next month’s export updates the same dashboard.
Pipelines: join files, group and total, add calculated columns, and keep one output file that stays live.
Sage X3 connector: invoices, order book, stock and purchase orders.

14 September 2026 New

Upload a filled-in library template and DataHub Pro recognises it, recalculates it, builds its dashboard and starts watching its key numbers.
A weekly email tells you what moved in the numbers you watch, and why.
Workbooks whose formulas were never calculated are recalculated on upload, so totals are always right.

3 September 2026 Improved

The app loads in pieces, so pages open faster on a slow connection.
Word, PowerPoint and PDF exports use real charts and your brand, and white-label PDFs no longer carry our colours.
Command-K search across every tool.

2 September 2026 New

Live dashboards that refresh themselves from 20+ sources, including Google Sheets, SharePoint, Stripe, Shopify, HubSpot, Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta Ads. See all integrations.
Shared and embedded dashboards always show the same data as your workspace.

30 August 2026 New

A free library of Excel templates with working formulas and sample data, each with its own page showing the real formulas before you sign in.

15 August 2026 New

Branded export packs (PDF, Word and PowerPoint in one download), report approval before sending, and a no-login client portal for each client.
Google Analytics 4, Search Console, Google Ads and Meta Ads connectors feed client reports automatically.
