Is my file uploaded to a server?
No. The viewer reads your file entirely in your browser using JavaScript. Nothing is sent to DataHub Pro or any server, so it is safe for confidential data.
What file types can I open?
Excel workbooks (.xlsx and legacy .xls) and delimited text files (.csv, .tsv). Multi-sheet workbooks show a tab for each sheet.
Is there a row limit?
The tool reads the whole file and shows the first 500 rows for speed, with the full row and column counts displayed. Larger files still load; only the on-screen preview is capped.
Do I need to install anything or sign up?
No. It is a free web tool with no sign-up, no download and no add-in to install. Open the page and pick a file.
