Analytics built for insight agencies. White-label per client.
An analytics tool for insight agencies only works if it fits the per-client, multi-deliverable, deadline-driven shape of agency work. DataHub Pro is the only product I know of that combines white-label per client, audit-trailed AI, and one-click Word/PowerPoint export — the three things every insight agency needs to ship faster without lowering the bar.

What insight agencies actually do, all day
If you run or work in an insight agency, your day looks like this:
- Client A sends a CSV of campaign results.
- Client B sends a spreadsheet of NPS responses.
- Client C asks "what's our win rate vs last quarter?"
- You have a board meeting prep at 4pm.
Each of these requires the same workflow: open the file, understand the shape, run the analyses, build the chart, write the summary, format the deliverable, send. Multiply by ~30 clients per analyst per month and the agency runs on Excel-then-Word workflow.
The agency tax
Most of an analyst's day is mechanical work: cleaning files, building charts, formatting Word. The senior analysts spend their time on the same mechanical work, not on the strategic thinking they were hired for. Margins suffer. Capacity caps utilisation. Senior staff leave because the work isn't intellectually rewarding.
What agency analytics should be
Drop in the client file. Get the analyses (right ones, automatically). Get a draft branded deliverable (their logo, their colours). Senior analyst spends 20 minutes adding the strategic narrative; junior analyst learns from the senior's edits rather than spending hours on chart formatting.
How DataHub Pro changes agency economics
Six features that map onto how agencies actually work, not how BI tools think they should work.
Per-client white-label profiles
Save each client's logo, primary + accent colours, and typography. Switch between clients with one click; every export picks up the right branding automatically.
One-upload-per-deliverable workflow
Drop in the client's CSV; get KPIs, AI insights, charts and a branded DOCX/PPTX. The whole loop runs in under 5 minutes; senior analysts add strategic commentary on top.
Audit-trailed AI for client work
Every AI answer ships with the tool calls that produced it. Senior reviewer can audit a junior's deliverable in minutes by inspecting the trace. Hallucinated numbers don't reach client deliverables.
Recurring report scheduling
Weekly or monthly reports refresh automatically — pull from a Google Sheet or refresh from a re-uploaded file; the platform regenerates the branded PPTX/DOCX and emails to the client.
Public dashboard share with client
Some clients want a live URL they can return to. White-label the dashboard with their branding, share via password-protected URL, embed in their portal.
Workspace per agency, accounts per client
Pro pricing lets agencies run a single workspace with multiple client branding profiles. Enterprise supports per-client workspaces with full data isolation for engagements that demand it.
What the new workflow looks like
An imagined Tuesday in an agency on the new workflow:
- 9:00 am — Junior analyst drops in Client A's campaign CSV. Switches to Client A branding. AutoInsights, KPI dashboard and Auto Report run. Branded DOCX downloaded by 9:05.
- 9:15 am — Senior analyst reviews. Adds two strategic paragraphs of commentary. Client A's deliverable shipped by 9:30.
- 10:00 am — Different junior. Client B NPS spreadsheet. Switches to Client B branding. Same workflow, different deliverable. Done by 10:25.
- 11:00 am — Client C calls with an ad-hoc question. Senior analyst opens Ask Your Data on the existing client file, gets the answer in 30 seconds, follows up with a chart by email. Question that used to take half a day done before lunch.
- 2:00 pm — Senior analyst spends the afternoon on the strategic recommendations for the board pack at 4pm — the actual thinking work, freed up by the morning's automation.
Same headcount, more output. More senior time on strategic thinking, less on chart formatting. Margins improve.
Where it fits in the agency landscape
Insight agencies (research, customer insight, market intelligence)
The core fit. Every deliverable starts with a CSV/Excel and ends in Word/PowerPoint. White-label per client. Audit trail on AI answers.
Performance and digital marketing agencies
Weekly client KPI dashboards, campaign post-mortems, channel analysis. Workflow is identical; speed-up is identical.
Strategy and management consulting
Pricing reviews, margin analysis, customer concentration. Same upload-then-deliverable workflow. Audit trail matters when working with sensitive client data.
Boutique data & analytics consultancies
Smaller firms competing against Big Four / Big Three on deliverable quality. The white-label DOCX/PPTX output gets you to a polished deliverable without a designer.
When DataHub Pro isn't the right tool for an agency
If your agency's core work is custom data engineering — building bespoke pipelines, modelling proprietary algorithms, deploying ML to production — DataHub Pro isn't a substitute for that. It complements rather than replaces. Most analytical agencies have a mix: 70-80% of the work is the recurring upload-then-report flow that DataHub Pro automates; 20-30% is bespoke work that stays in your existing tooling.
FAQs
Does each client get their own branded reports automatically?
Yes. Save each client's branding profile (logo, primary colour, accent colour, typography) once. Switch profiles before generating a report; every chart, every header, every export picks up the right branding. Per-client workspaces (full data isolation) on Enterprise.
How does pricing scale for an agency with many clients?
Pricing is per agency seat, not per client. from $14.99/mo flat. A 10-person agency serving 50 clients pays £190/month total. Enterprise pricing for 25+ seats with dedicated support and SSO.
Can I keep client data isolated?
Two options. Pro tier: single workspace with per-file access controls (smaller agencies). Enterprise tier: per-client workspaces with full data isolation (engagements where data isolation is a contractual requirement).
Does the AI work on different industries?
Yes. The tool catalogue is industry-agnostic — filter, aggregate, segment, forecast. Industry-specific definitions (KPIs, hierarchies) are captured in your workspace. We have agency customers in retail insight, B2B SaaS, financial services, healthcare research.
How do I share the dashboard with a client without giving them an account?
Public-share URL with optional password. Recipients view in any browser; no DataHub Pro account required. White-labelled with the client's branding so it looks like your agency's tool, not ours.
What happens to client files when an engagement ends?
Files can be exported, archived locally, or deleted from the platform on demand. Workspace-level retention policies on Pro. For regulated engagements, Enterprise tier supports automated retention/deletion schedules.
Can our junior analysts use it without training?
Most do. The upload-and-export rhythm is intuitive (drop file, click export). The deeper features (Ask Your Data, custom KPIs, formula builder) reward exploration but aren't required for the basic deliverable workflow.
How do I prove to clients the AI is safe to use on their data?
Three levels of evidence: (1) the audit trail per AI answer (reproducible figures); (2) UK/EU data residency (data doesn't leave the region); (3) signed DPA + GDPR compliance + no model training on customer data. We can provide a copy of the DPA on request — see the GDPR page.
Can I integrate the report into our existing PMS or CRM?
Reports export as standard DOCX/PPTX/XLSX/PDF — drop them into any PMS, CRM, Slack, email. Public-share URLs can be embedded in client portals via iframe. A public API (programmatic upload + report generation) is on the roadmap.
How does this compare to Tableau or Looker for an agency?
Tableau and Looker are excellent for live dashboards — but they assume your data lives in a warehouse. Most agency client data lives in spreadsheets the client emailed you. DataHub Pro is built for that pattern. See vs Tableau and vs Looker for side-by-side.
Save 5× on recurring agency deliverables.
Drop in a client file. Switch to their branding. Ship the deliverable in minutes. Free tier — no credit card.
