Story, owner, status, estimate and the day it moved to done. That's the minimum that supports both a standup view and a burn-down, without turning updates into a chore.
How do I read a burn-down chart?
Remaining work against days left. A line flat for the first half then falling off a cliff means work is being finished in a rush at the end — the classic sign that stories are too large.
